VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Waves by W456's VIP Membership program! We're thrilled to have you as a valued member. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined below.

Membership Details:

Membership Billing 

Your VIP membership is billed immediately on the VIP form submission, then again annually on the same date you signed up. Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds for VIP memberships. Once the annual fee is charged, it is non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your VIP membership at any time. To do so, call our customer support team at 903-288-0599. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Automatic Renewal

Your VIP membership will renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial subscription unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Failure to renew means you'll forfeit access to your VIP status and benefits until your account has been reinstated.
